Boardwalk Lodge sits on the slopes above the village of Wilderness, 10 minutes' walk from the Wilderness Beach and village. It is a 5-minute drive from Wilderness Lagoon. The lodge is inside the Constantia Kloof Conservancy and the Wilderness National Park. Guests need a car to get around easily from this elevated location.

Concierge services include local restaurant recommendations and activity tips from the owners (Chris and Melissa). A porter can help carry luggage up the stairs.
