Note that there are many steps to reach the rooms, so pack light or request help with luggage.

Transportation
Boardwalk Lodge sits on the slopes above the village of Wilderness, 10 minutes' walk from the Wilderness Beach and village. It is a 5-minute drive from Wilderness Lagoon. The lodge is inside the Constantia Kloof Conservancy and the Wilderness National Park. Guests need a car to get around easily from this elevated location.

The lodge provides daily housekeeping, key access with safety deposit boxes, and free Wi-Fi in all rooms. Free parking is available on site. Concierge services include local restaurant recommendations and activity tips from the owners (Chris and Melissa). A porter can help carry luggage up the stairs. The lodge is non-smoking and family-friendly, with board games and puzzles for children.
